Program privacy practices
This summary describes how the Internship Program handles information from students, families, and host organizations.
Information we collect
Student applications collect name, Gulliver email, grade, graduation year, student ID, contact details, career interests, written responses, and uploaded documents. Host submissions collect organization and contact details along with the proposed internship description.
How information is used
Program administrators use application and host information to review opportunities, match students with placements, coordinate interviews, and complete evaluations. Host organizations see only the applications submitted to their own opportunities.
Document storage
Resumes, agreements, acknowledgments, and evaluations are stored securely and accessible only to the student, the relevant host contact, and program administrators.
Questions
Families and host organizations may contact the Internship Program Coordinator with questions about program records at any time.
